Vertex Blue Tack EP2 Grease is a premium lithium complex grease designed to deliver long-lasting, high-performance lubrication under demanding conditions. With a high dropping point of over 260°C (500°F), it stays in place even in high-temperature environments, ensuring continuous protection where it’s needed most.

Formulated with high-quality virgin base fluids and a special additive package, Blue Tack EP2 provides high film strength, extreme pressure (EP) protection, and anti-wear properties. Its combination of antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors gives excellent stability during storage and under extreme service conditions. Certified to NLGI 2 standards, it performs reliably up to working temperatures of at least 170°C, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

Blue Tack EP2 Grease is perfect for bearings exposed to high temperatures, shock loads, overloading, and contamination, and is suitable for centralised lubrication systems. It delivers trouble-free, cost-effective, long-life lubrication in heavy-duty industries including glass, steel, cement, metallurgy, and mining, and is ideal for components such as electric motors, hot air fans, vibrating shafts, bucket pins, and excavators.
